The short version
Pro and Pro+ renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Founder prices stay locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

Free trials
Both plans start with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to the plan you picked and you’re charged. We remind you before the trial ends.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew at the end of each period at the then-current price, charged to your App Store or Google Play account, until you cancel. We’ll tell you in advance about any price change, and yearly subscribers get a reminder before each renewal.
Canceling
Cancel any time, in two taps: Settings › Shot Lab Pro › Manage, which opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Founder pricing
The first 1,000 Pro and 500 Pro+ yearly subscribers get founder pricing. A spot is claimed when your first yearly payment goes through, not when a trial starts. The counter on our site and in the app shows real, live numbers and only goes down. There’s no end date: the offer closes when the spots are gone and we won’t add more. Your founder price lasts as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, regular pricing applies.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Google Play.
