The short version
If you think something in Shot Lab infringes your copyright, email us the details below and we’ll look into it. If your content was taken down by mistake, you can send a counter-notice.
We respect intellectual property and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Sending a notice
Email copyright@shotlab.app with: your contact details; the work you believe was infringed; where it appears in Shot Lab; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act; and your signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address. We’ll restore it in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files suit.
Repeat infringers
We suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
